Brian (Rocket
She is not super quick (PHRF 66) but not a ride I would ever turn down, if given the opportunity.
The weather is expected to stay warm and muggy (89F/ 89 Humidity). Thank God for the Rocket's cooler!!!

It has been a fascinating experience being on the exhibitor's side of the aisle at the show, while all of my previous experience has been as a visitor boat shopping.
One of the take aways is that there are a lot of people interested in the boat, but like a nervous virgin they don't want to commit because they are afraid it might hurt. Or in this case, they would like to race one design, but are afraid to commit to starting a fleet. At the same time we have seen a lot of individuals on the fence waiting for someone else to take the first step. What is needed is for the folks with an interest to post that interest to find like minded individuals in their area to start a core of 2 or 3 boats that will be the catalyst to starting a local fleet. Or like in my case simply get the ball rolling by buying a boat and making it happen. Like Alan says, changing the world, one boat at a time.
